2018
Continental fortitude

2018 was a time for reflection and perseverance for Continental. Having upgraded our headquarters and staff in 2017, Continental continued through internal restructuring and changing paradigms in our approach to business.

Our internal restructuring allowed Continental to move past inefficient, if not unproductive partnerships. We have shed relationships that proved to be detrimental to our continued success. In this fast-paced environment, strategic relationships need to be scrutinized in real-time with an eye for immediate value. In 2018, this approach has enabled Continental to more fully realize the 2017 gains: better staff and better plans need better strategic partners to achieve the greatest gains.

With key members, including myself, back from hiatus, Continental is geared toward success.
